Spotted at the Rome Film Festival, Kim Kardashian turned heads in an iconic Yves Saint Laurent Haute Couture leopard-print gown from Fall 1986.

Styled by Law Roach, the archival creation featured a sculpted corset, lace-up detailing and a dramatic matching veil.
